Tom Bridger, Rover 220 Turbo driver in Cannons TinTops Championship, class T1, age 23.

BARC SEC: Ok green flags – lets go: how did your adventure with motorsport get started?
Tom Bridger: Been brought up around motorsport my whole life watching my dad race, always wanted to have a go myself from a young age.

BS: You're behind the wheel of your Rover 220 Turbo. What is your dream racing car?
T.B.: There are so many cars out there to choose from, i wouldn't say no to a drive in a Touring Car, but i would never turn down the chance to drive any racing car!

BS: What is your dream motorsport event you want to take part in?
T.B.: British Touring Car Championship at Brands Hatch or the V8 Supercars at Bathhurst.

BS: Hard braking now – are there any other sport disciplines you're familiar with?
T.B.: I love my Tennis and my Football.

BS: Racing is on weekends – what are you doing weekdays?
T.B.: During the week I am a Professional Tennis Coach.

BS: Who are your motorsport and non-motorsport heroes?
T.B.: Big fan of Lewis Hamilton and I would have to say my dad, if I can achieve half as much as what he did in his racing career I would be over the moon!

BS: What are your expectations for 2013?
T.B.: I went into this year being my first year in circuit racing having no real expectations and to just enjoy myself!

BS: Very tricky corner now – imagine there are no cars in the world, what would you do?
T.B.: I have no idea! Become a jockey I suppose as I'm definitely small enough!

BS: And finish line – it's time for a drink. What's your favorite one?
T.B.: I pretty much live off Ribena!
